Successful charge of this skill has the following effects:
Allies within 15 meters receive Celestial Maiden Scatters Flowers status: Great amounts of HP and Energy are restored every second for 5 seconds.
Charge time is 5 seconds, with Yellow Armor in effect while charging.
Only one person may recover HP continuously at a time. Recovery is not restricted by bruising.
HP recovery is increased with higher medical points.
Unchoke Meridian: The technique can be cast without full Charge, but the initial recovery amount is reduced. The longer the Charge time, the higher is the recovery amount. Once the full charge is released, the skill can be added to Celestial Maiden Scatters Flowers - Unchoke Meridian status: Recover an additional 10% of lost HP within 5 seconds of receiving critical damage. Effect can only be triggered once.
