1. Introduction
Age of Wushu offers a unique martial arts experience. Unfortunately, its community has to deal with harassment and toxic behavior from certain players. Two individuals, known as "Miaou" (also known as "Shinigami", "Zanpakuto", "Jinzo", "Th3tec" and many other names) and "RHAELH" have yet again, taken to doxing and harassing others. Despite using hacks, they’re losing to skillful players. Somehow, that got them salty enough to spend time stalking people online, rather than playing videogames.
As someone who values the community, I feel it’s important to warn players about Miaou and RHAELH's activities with knowledge about them that's publicly available. This is what I did back when Miaou pretended to be AowHuB.
I want to emphasize that I do not condone doxing under any circumstances; even if it's those two. It’s deeply inappropriate and simply not the right thing to do.
You Wushu players love drama, right? Better sit down for this one. There's a lot to unpack here.
2. Timeline
Here's the timeline of how it all started, how I found out that he was posing as "AowHuB", pretending to be a GM/CM fishing for new targets, and how I eventually became his target. I solemnly affirm that the evidence to be given by me shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
Two players get doxed - 27th October 2024
A video shows up with the private information of a happily married couple, because this is something Miaou can only dream of.
For the keen eye, you can see that my name is written there. This is an alt YouTube channel created by Miaou in order to try slander me.
The video also threatens to dox various other players, including me.
Yes, the channel "Ersanio" is threatening to dox Ersanio, because 500 IQ.
Something tells me that he kinda hates me. He's gone so far as to impersonate me on YouTube in an attempt to undermine my credibility. This is not just an attack on me, but an attack on the entire community; He attempts to intimidate anyone who dares to stand against his behavior.
You're probably wondering how the community even got to this situation. Let's rewind.
First interaction with Miaou - May 2019
I first interacted with Miaou back in 2019 when Miaou was known as Balthazaar in-game. He wanted me to craft him a PBI mask, but the interaction was uncomfortable. He was addressing me in strange ways and was revealing unsolicited personal information.
IICallMeGodFatherll gets doxed - November 2019
A video about the player "CallMeGodFather" shows up on a channel on Discord. The uploader is SBA Jinzo. This is Miaou's alt YouTube account. The video has been taken down.
You can also see how Balthazaar (Miaou) is mentioned by his nickname "Bazaar", further proving it's Miaou.
Players from HaShaShinS get doxed - July 2022
A video about CrazyWolf, SnowWolf and some others show up on Discord. The uploader, again, is Miaou. This video is also taken down. According to SnowWolf, the photos are incorrect, so it doesn't really matter. However, it is the intention that matters; Miaou is willing to cyberbully his in-game opponents through any means.
HaShaShinS targeted again - January 2023
Miaou creates an alt YouTube channel, showcasing a video where HaShaShinS do a Hidden King Peak run. The display picture and channel banner are photos from the previous video. I have blurred them for the sake of privacy, even if it's inaccurate information. There are hints of racism in the channel name as well as the video's description.
Copyright Strike - May 2023
Miaou first dragged me into the doxing mess against my will, by copyright striking one of my videos. I got an email in my inbox about this. This is also when I first learned about "Th3tec".
According to YouTube, I had the option to either email the copyright striker, dispute it, or just reupload without the offending part. Disputing it means that I have to provide my full legal info to the claimant (that is, Miaou). He knows full well what a copyright strike means and tried baiting me into this.
I decided that reuploading was the best option, and reuploaded the video without the intro. The weeks that followed, Miaou boasted about copyright striking the video like it's some kind of a big deal. I made the connection that Th3tec is Miaou, but otherwise didn't think much of it and simply continued playing the game.
AowHuB - July 2024
This is the time where Miaou decided to start yet another new identity in Age of Wushu. This time, he pretended to be a GM/CM. He created a WordPress website. As a technical guy, I was wondering how the website was set up and took a look at the SSL certificates. To my surprise, I found a mention of "th3tec" in the Common Name field; the same entity that copyright struck my video. I concluded that this is Miaou's website.
There was word going around, about Miaou spreading custom lua hacks under this new AowHuB alias, as well as him logging into people's account to top up VIP. I issued a warning about Miaou/AowHuB in the game's world chat, as well as the Unofficial Blue Dragon Discord server, by putting together an image with all the evidence of AowHuB being Miaou.
Just to emphasize how bad the situation could have been: Age of Wushu runs with elevated privileges. Ever notice the popup on your system about running Age of Wushu in admin mode? Running programs with elevated privileges means they can access anything on your system.
Lua is capable of running commands that run on your system's terminal. With elevated privileges, this means that an evil hack creator can run all sorts of commands. For example:
Log your keypresses to a remote server to steal your account information
Watch your ingame chats with people
Snoop around your system for sensitive files
Randomly delete files from your system
Installing viruses, malware or straight up bricking your system
Knowing Miaou's past behaviour, I knew this was bad news.
Miaou loses deathmatch - July 2024
After finding out about AowHuB being Miaou, I challenged him to a deathmatch. I won against Miaou, further fueling his hatred towards me.
This is relevant for the accusations later.
Miaou threatens to dox the community - July 2024
After losing to the deathmatch and his AowHuB persona being exposed, he uploads a video threatening to dox anyone within the community, in a... creatively written message.
It is ironic that he's complaining about people stalking his real life, when he has a history of doing it for 5 years. That doesn't make it any more right, but he sure does sound surprised that people noticed his behavior.
In the video description, you can also read that he claims to do this out of boredom. We can conclude that him trying to hurt other people, has been his favorite pastime for the past 5 years.
Dox accusations - August 2024
Eventually, the curtain came falling down for Miaou's "AowHuB" persona.
He firmly believes that I've been doxing his private information, by claiming I stalked his company. I only went by the knowledge I already knew; the email address in the copyright strike, and finding his alt EpicNPC account, as you can see in the evidence screenshot from July 2024. It is not my fault that he is using his company's name for an MMORPG, and used his company e-mail address to copyright strike a YouTube video about a videogame.
Furthermore, he decided to pin the loss of his deathmatch on his brother, and intentionally revealed his brother's real name in world chat of all places. We never asked for his brother's name. Miaou has a habit of pinning his losses on other people, and his own brother is also merely a pawn.
Looking back at this, as well as my first interaction with him back in 2019, I can conclude that Miaou is rather terrible at keeping secrets.
Miaou threatens to dox me - 23rd October 2024
On the 23rd of October, I was told that Miaou uploaded a video about me. When I checked it, I saw it was footage of one of the many duels against "SULTAN" where I was messing around because I didn't know it was Miaou.
In the description, he put a link of a screenshot of a Reddit post, accusing me of misdeeds in another community, which was already resolved years ago. Miaou is desperate for any information about me, and dug into the internet archives for this. He also blames me by stating "Since you Started" in his video description.
I don't know what I started. But I do know what Miaou started in 2019.
Attempted doxing - 16-25th October 2024
Throughout October, Miaou attempted to stalk me online on several occasions. I previously told him that my internet history is public out there anyway so it wouldn't really matter. It's no secret that I had a different hobby before Wushu. It's even on my YouTube channel.
As I checked the online logs, I saw him attempting to stalk me from 5 AM to around 5 PM his time.
In the first picture, he searched for my internet alias. In the second picture, he searched for my real name. Cross-reference both of the graphs and you can see a clear relation. There's no reason why people in Morocco should search for my identity at 5 AM their time. This was also the case for the country RHAELH currently resides in.
It is likely that Miaou got triggered by the cautionary website I set up with a name similar to AowHuB, when his own WordPress website was still live. However, this contains no private info; it merely contains information from Age of Wushu and EpicNPC. I also never advertised this website publicly, just leaving it on the internet, in case people typo-ed the URL to Miaou's website. I did it to warn the community, not to dox a player.
Miaou's full-time job has always been playing Age of Wushu, uploading videos with the same formula used over and over again like he's some kind of bot, and stalking players online. This also explains why players noticed he was inactive for a week or two in October, as he was busy nolifing with stalking people online lmao. The red caption in his own video is evidence of this.
Miaou gets doxed - 26th October 2024
On the 26th of October, this video suddenly shows up on various Discord servers, with Miaou's private information, including hints of an actual address. It is unknown who actually uploaded this video. The video has been taken down ever since.
It was me who deleted the video from the Unofficial Blue Dragon Discord. As I mentioned at the beginning of this post, I do not condone doxing.
Miaou very likely believes that it was me who uploaded this, even though that video clearly isn't my editing style. I haven't uploaded videos for over a year, and I don't know anything about Miaou other than this Th3tec alias of his.
Miaou decided to retaliate with a video upload of his own the next day, leading us to the beginning of the timeline: 27th of October, 2024.
3. Tips for protecting your privacy
Do not expect SnailGames or YouTube to intervene once the damage has been done. The best way to deal with this situation is simply preventing it from happening. Here are a few ways to protect your personal information and keep your gaming experience secure:
PayPal
Only do transactions with players you trust, as your full name shows in the transactions. Only use transactions with the Friends & Family option. The business option will also reveal your physical address to the seller, as PayPal thinks you are purchasing a physical product to be shipped to your door, by the seller.
Google Drive
SnailGames is known for being unable to view YouTube videos. Therefore, people use Google Drive as an alternative. When you share a video's URL publicly, there is a guaranteed way of seeing the uploader's name attached to the video. If your Google Account's first and last name are set to your full name, then this guaranteed contains your full name. Use an alt account with a fake name.
Friendships
It's sad to say, but old friends might be persuaded into giving your personal information to malicious players. Needless to say, do not form friendships with Miaou and RHAELH, as they're serial doxers. Share personal information with caution.
Account sharing
Your SnailGames account has a section where you can put your profile with your full information, such as your real name, address, and so on. Leave this empty, as anyone who can log your account can view this info, including people who log into your account to top up VIP for you. SnailGames doesn't do anything with this information. It is not required to play Age of Wushu.
Social Media
Doxers often begin with gathering info from public profiles, such as Instagram, Facebook, messaging boards and other social media. Keep these accounts private. In my humble opinion, there should be no reason for the entire world to be able to watch your private life on social media. Unless you're an influencer or something.
4. Summary
Miaou is a man with many mistakes dating back to 2019, perhaps even before that. His primary coping mechanism for his mistakes and slip-ups, is trying to harm other players. He fails to notice that this only gets him in deeper trouble.
You may notice that I mainly addressed Miaou and not RHAELH. RHAELH assists Miaou in doxing people. While Miaou uses platforms outside of Wushu to spread his hate, RHAELH uses the ingame chat in Wushu to harass people. RHAELH always creates characters with people's real life names, and posting obscene world messages on said characters. He is just as bad.
This entire situation seems to be a big deal within the community, but at the end of the day, Miaou and RHAELH are perfect examples of generic internet trolls. I've seen many of them, back when I was an administrator of a community with 3000+ active members. Ultimately, their attempts are no different than 10 year old kids throwing a temper tantrum on Call of Duty and saying nasty things about you and your mom.
By coming together as a community, we can continue enjoying Age of Wushu safely. Let’s not give them the attention they're craving for. Do not let their behavior ruin what makes the game great. Also, leave the doxed people in peace.
I hope this article addresses the players Miaou and RHAELH's serial doxing once and for all. Their mom and dad must be real proud about the kind of failures they have raised.
