If the Parry is successful: Release Flowing Cloud Sword Chi to the target: Sword Chi shoots off, inflict damage to the target and reduce 30% speed. The decelerate effect will affect enemies within 8 meters of the target. (Interval Time for triggering is 6 seconds.)
